1. The service

MatchScoreAI (matchscoreai.com) is operated by Fuat Özbek (private individual), Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Contact: privacy@matchscoreai.com.

We publish statistical probabilities for football matches, calculated from historical results with Elo and Poisson models. We do not accept bets, do not offer gambling and do not give betting advice.

2. No guarantee

Probabilities are estimates, not predictions of certain outcomes. Match data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. You use the information at your own risk; any decision you make based on it is your own responsibility.

3. Age

You may only use the site and create an account if you are 24 or older. By confirming your age and registering you declare that this is true.

4. Your account

Provide correct information and keep your password secret. One account per person. We may suspend or delete accounts that give false information, misuse the service or try to break it.

Saved picks are stored together with the percentages at the moment of saving and cannot be changed afterwards.

5. Advertising

The site contains advertisements, including from licensed betting operators. We only work with operators that hold a licence for the market in which the advertisement is shown. We are not responsible for the content of advertisers' websites or for agreements you make with them.

6. Responsible gambling

If you gamble elsewhere, set limits and never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. 7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, models and texts belong to MatchScoreAI. You may not copy, scrape or resell the content without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for losses resulting from the use of the probabilities or from the service being unavailable.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the service. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
